Getting into any new hobby can be incredibly overwhelming and backpacking even more than most.  The sheer number of tents, sleep systems, fabric options, and navigation apps (to name a few), coupled with confusing terms like “R-Value” and “Denier,” can be daunting.

I am here to help.  Together, we’ll build out your entire backpacking kit that is completely tailored to your body, your personality, and the adventures you foresee yourself embarking on.  Not only will I list every single item that you will need to thrive in the backcountry, but I will provide multiple options for different budgets, how to hunt for deals, and explain exactly why I am making these recommendations.  Backpacking gear can be expensive and typically consists of much trial and error, so why not get it right the first time!

I will recommend around 150 products covering 50 categories of gear.  I don't leave anything out - no matter how small.

Option 1: Build My Kit (No Video Call)

• Upon purchasing this option, you will receive an email with links to an online questionnaire.
• Based on your questionnaire responses, I will compile an extensive gear list and send to you via email.
• I will also include a printable gear backpacking checklist that you can use before your upcoming trips.

Option 2: Build My Kit (1-Hour Video Call Included)

• Upon purchasing this option, you will receive an email with links to an online questionnaire and a calendar to book our 1-hour video call.
• Before the call, I will compile an initial gear list based on your questionnaire answers, which we will go over and refine together.
• Following our meeting, I will complete your finished gear list and email to you, along with a printable packing checklist you can use before your next trip!
